River City Net: FidoNet 2310

FidoNet was a store-and-forward network of BBSes. Each night, boards called a hub to trade mail and message areas ("echoes"), and every board had an address like 1:2310/3: zone 1 (North America), net 2310, node 3. [FIDO]

Net 2310 was Evansville's own. In the nodelist its region reads "Southern_IN_SE_IL_NW_KY," so it reached from here into Illinois and Kentucky. [NH]
